I’m off to Farmington tomorrow. I’m taking the laptop, but I’m not certain I’ll be able to post.

No, Farmington _New Mexico_. I’m betting every state has a “Farmington”. It is actually fairly beautiful country. The town is dead ugly, but it’s set between this line of bluffs and the Animus River.
There is one restaurant that isn’t a chain, and a lot of inferior Mexican restaurants. The only bookstore is the Mormon bookstore. There was a lot of voter fraud up there in 2004 when great efforts were made to keep the native Americans from voting. Not my favorite place.
Yeah, I realized that today when I read your post about the company. Sounds a bit chaotic.
I’m from Central/Southern Alberta, the heart of oil and gas country, and pretty much every family I grew up with was somehow connected to the rigs and oil fields.
