Clever timey-wimey stuff, interesting villians, clever female protagonist, clever resolution, clever denouement. I was most impressed by the re-use of the doctor's dialog in the beginning of his "Easter Egg" bit. Having that fit so well with the "present" character's dialog on at least two occasions was amazing. Yep, that’s about what I thought on watching that episode as well.
