My husband and daughter plan to go see Spiderwick tomorrow. We saw and generally liked Definitely Maybe today, but I'm a huge fan of Abigail Breslin and Rachel Weisz.

I'm with you on Charlie Wilson's War, Enchanted and Michael Clayton. I just think Juno is horribly overrated.

I want to see The Savages...maybe I'll go tomorrow after work. Unfortunately, it's playing on the far side of town from here. And tomorrow, the Oscars. Could be interesting...

I thought Juno was very sweet and very slight, and it doesn't deserve to be Best Picture. What I loved about Juno were how all the characters were so perfectly nuanced. The supporting cast was just wonderful.

FWIW, Stephen and I both loved IN BRUGES. I thought it was a brilliant combination of drama, action, and black comedy, and performances by the two leads were terrific. There's also a dwarf in it who could certainly be a strong candidate to play Tyrion, should HBO ever greenlight A GAME OF THRONES.
